Young Scholars

1.  Will you enter 8th grade in fall 2005?
2.  Are you planning to attend a high school in the US?

If you responded "yes" to both questions, we encourage you to apply to the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Young Scholars Program.  Through this program, the Foundation selects high-achieving youth with financial need and provides them throughout high school with individualized educational services that will enable them to develop their talents and abilities.

The Program
The Young Scholars Program is one of the most individualized scholarships offered in the US.  Previous Young Scholars have received the support and guidance required to evaluate the suitability of their high school, take online courses, obtain computers or software, improve their musical or scientific skills, and explore their career goals.  Each Young Scholar receives a unique combination of these and other services.
